Every member of the DUSZA team has been carefully selected for skill, personality, diligence, aptitude but above all else for their passion to excel in their craft. The DUSZA team are on a continuous mission to educate each other. All skills, knowledge and ideas are shared and soaked up by everyone.
DUSZA don't get flustered with clients. DUSZA don't mind giving explanations to a client and then explaining again, and even a few more times if needed. If a client understands the service that DUSZA offers then the value becomes obvious. The client can watch DUSZA do their job and reap the benefits.
DUSZA become involved in projects when, and only when, they believe they can improve on the quality of the clients offering.
